Information:

Mia Stier is a Communications Specialist for the Phoenix office, working with both Western Lands and Communities and the Sun Corridor Legacy Program. She is responsible for publications management, including research and editing, web page updates, e-newsletter production, and various administrative functions. Mia earned her B.A. in English from Stanford University. Prior to joining Sonoran Institute in the summer of 2006, Mia was a full-time mother to two daughters and an active school volunteer. Now empty-nesters, Mia and her husband, Dean, look forward to their future in Phoenix, where they have lived since 1994.
