Paula Randolph has worked in the “community” business for over 20 years. For the last 12 years she has worked for two planned community developers whose focus is on building award winning lifestyle communities. Her leadership roles have included strategically planning communities that live well from a resident’s perspective, function well from an operational perspective, and ensure legacy opportunities for the community members.
Paula’s dedication to environmental stewardship and the creation of great communities was rewarded when she worked for DMB Associates as community manager of DC Ranch; an award winning, 4,200-acre environmentally sensitive planned community in North Scottsdale. While there she was instrumental in ensuring that community members cherished as well as supported the adjacent McDowell Sonoran Preserve.
She is known for her passion for “great communities” – “legacy communities are not just about land planning and architecture” she says “they are most importantly, about the people and the land upon which they live.”
