New Study - Walkable Communities Thrive

March 2013 - A new research report by the Sonoran Institute concludes that compact, walkable communities are in demand and can thrive. "More and more people want convenience, they want to walk, and they want neighborhoods with character," says Clark Anderson, director of the Institute's Western Colorado Program.
